Things to Know when booking

1.  Late Arrival:
   Arrive on time! Arrivals 15+ minutes late incur a $30 fee, 30+ minutes may result in reschedule or cancellation. Session time is not extended for late arrivals
2. Fox Valley Studio Sessions :                                                                                                 All Fox Valley studio sessions are scheduled through third-party studio partners and are dependent on studio availability. For this reason, flexibility is recommended when selecting your session date. Booking on a day with an open schedule allows for the smoothest experience. You will be contacted directly via phone call to confirm your scheduled session. In the event that a suitable date cannot be confirmed, a full refund will be provided.  
3. Rescheduling:
   One courtesy reschedule allowed if requested 48+ hours in advance, to be used within 14 days of original date. After that, a new deposit is required.
4. Cancellations:
   All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
5. Weather (Outdoor Sessions):
   Sessions may be rescheduled or moved indoors due to unsafe or severe weather.
6. Session Details & Etiquette:
   Session length, image count, and participants are as booked. One support person allowed; must be respectful. Children not being photographed must be supervised by another adult. All guests should follow studio guidelines and remain cooperative.
7. Image Editing & Premium Retouching:
   All images include basic editing (color, lighting, minor cleanup).
   Premium Retouching is optional ($100/session or $25/image) and includes advanced edits like skin smoothing, removing blemishes or stray hairs, clothing or background adjustments, or subtle body/face enhancements.
8. Delivery & Usage:
   Images delivered via online gallery. Photographer retains copyright; print release for personal use only. Images may be used for portfolio/social media unless requested otherwise.
