Things to Know when booking

Deposit Policy

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total package price, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment.

For Bookings Outside of Milwaukee County

Your balance must be paid in full by the day before your appointment or your appointment may be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. You will be sent an email to make this payment within 24 hours after you make your booking.

Sales and Special Events

When booking a session that is a part of a sale where availability is limited, full payments are due at the time of booking.

Late Arrival Policy

Your appointment start time is when your session begins. To ensure you are fully prepared, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early, though this is not mandatory. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, a late fee of $30 will be charged. If you have not arrived within 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment once using your original deposit. Rescheduling must be done at least 2 days before your original appointment and must occur within 14 days of the initial date. If these conditions are not met, a new deposit will be required.

Studio Rental Policy

When booking multiple hours, please make a separate booking for each consecutive hour you wish to reserve. Full payment is required at the time of booking for studio rentals. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 2 days before your booking to avoid losing your payment.
