With 500 square feet of creative space and beautiful 10-foot windows, our studio is flooded with natural light and offers lovely views of downtown Milwaukee and the iconic Allen Bradley Clock Tower. This studio is staged as a luxury studio apartment furnished with a queen-size bed, sofa, and marble vanity making it perfect for boudoir photoshoots. Just blocks from I-43 and minutes from downtown, it’s a convenient spot for your next project. Enjoy central air for your comfort, and each rental includes complimentary refreshments and a friendly on-staff assistant to ensure everything runs smoothly. What types of backdrops or sets are included?

The studio is ALWAYS stocked with:

-Savage 10ft seamless rolls in colors black AND super white

-10 ft fabric backdrops in colors black, white, and green

Colors commonly in stock:

- Savage 5ft seamless rolls in colors white, bone, yellow, sky blue, crimson, and fashion grey. Please contact directly for current supply.

Can I rearrange the studio?

Yes! The furniture in the studio was chosen for its moveability. The only thing you may not move in the space is the vanity and the backdrop mount.

Can I come before my booking to prepare for my session?

The duration of your booking is from the time you arrive to the time you leave the studio. Please consider this when scheduling your rental. Though a 2-hour minimum is not required it is recommended .

Is there a private changing area?

Yes.

How many people can I have in the studio at one time?

You may have up to 20 people attend your booking.

Can I visit the studio before booking?

Yes , please contact us directly to schedule a viewing.

Is Wi-Fi available in the studio?

yes.

Can I bring my own equipment, props, or furniture?

Yes. There are freight elevators and dollies available in the building for use to move large furniture pieces if needed.
